Morning, I had broken my USB2 plug in camera. Bruce Morrel sent it to your factory for repair. Last night I tried the camera out. It seemed to be working ok untill down load. It would hang and would not complete download! I tried it in two programs and it hung in both programs. I tried I think both drivers ASCOM and QHY and it did the same thing! HELP. Jeff

Hello,

Do you use the USB2.0 cable or USB3.0 cable connect camera to PC?after you plug camera to PC and take image,what is the camera temperature display with the capture software?whether the camera FAN is working?

I tried the 163m last night. I got it to run 15 subs and then it quit downloading. I could not get it to download in any of three programs. There were a few strange subs in that 15 subs, vertical lines that appeared to be dead rows. There were some that had horizontal  lines and the screen looked like two or three sub put together. I use a usb3 cable.

Good morning, after much experimenting with software I changed the QHY.dll file, no change. When I can get the camera to work I can get 8 to 10 shots and it starts to hang. Once it starts to hang  it it will not connect! I have to let it cool off and then start over. Would like to get on line so you can see the problem!

  I have taken the camera apart and reconnected the brown and a white connector! I haven't tested it at night but shooting now it still hangs in all programs. I think that in Sharp Cap I think the video works. But it won't down load a sub.

Good day,
  I hooked up the camera after reconnecting brown flat cable. Same problem. Please help, I have had the camera for 4 months . I sent it to your factory and it took 3 months! Now I still can't use camera. I was recommended the camera by Terry Hancock and Bruce Morrel. They both are friends of mine. My imaging rig is down!

Yes it will work in ascom in the skyx

It seems that a little loose, you can try to  tape it on the board.

This is a hardware fault! The brown ribbon is not making good contact! You should fix this, the camera is only 6 months old! Three months were taken up sending you the camera to repair! This is the true test of a company's integrity! Please let me go on praising your company, I own three QHY cameras and have been pleased with all but this camera. So please take responsibility for your product!  Thanks, Jeff Kelly
