QHY5P-II
5.0 Megapixel 1/2.5-inch CMOS Camera

The QHY5P-II-M is a 5.0 Megapixel high-resolution planetary camera with high QE and small pixels.  It uses the MT9P031 mono sensor and has a 1.25-inch diameter form factor.

The QHY5P-II-M uses new break-through CMOS sensor technology.  It has high sensitivity with a peak QE of 63%, high resolution with 5 million 2.2um pixels and a uniform noise background.  Using a USB 2.0 interface it will transfer 7FPS at 5 MP, 30FPS at 720p, and 63FPS at 640x480.

The QHY5P-II-C is the color version. It uses the MT9P006 sensor with a peak QE of 62% in the red. 

The QHY5P-II is perfect to connect to a PST solar telescope. It reaches focus when inserted into the eyepiece holder.
