QHY42 - 4mega pixel scientific ColdMOS camera

QHY42BSI is a cooled scientific coms camera with extremely low (1.3e) readout noise and back illuminated CMOS sensor of 95% QE. It has also the UV enhanved version and front illuminated version.11um big pixel size,89ke fullwell and high frame rate up to 48FPS@2k*2k resolution. Two stage TEC can cool the sensor to -45C below ambient. QHY42 is ideally of scientific research includes the astronomy, biology and UV imaging and low light security.
