QHY42 - 4mega pixel scientific ColdMOS camera

QHY42G/U3 is a cooled scientific coms camera with extremely low (1.7e) readout noise and back illuminated CMOS sensor of 90% QE. It has also the UV enhanved version and front illuminated version.11um big pixel size,120ke fullwell and high frame rate up to 48FPS@2k*2k resolution. Two stage TEC can cool the sensor to -45C below ambient. QHY42 is ideally of scientific research includes the astronomy, biology and UV imaging and low light security.
